How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Territoryjimmy Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Territoryjimmy Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep written notes.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Territoryjimmy Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@territoryjimmy.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short summary of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
